Credit Card Payments
As of the end of January 2025, 3D Secure authentication is mandatory for all credit card transactions. During payment, you may be required to enter an ID and password issued by your card provider. Important: Please direct any authentication-related questions to your financial institution directly. We are unable to provide assistance with login credentials.
Terms of Use
- Select your card type and enter your card number/expiry date when making a payment
- Your card provider may request additional verification
- Saved cards (used in the last 6 months) do not need to be re-entered
- Card details are stored for 6 months from the last use

Returns & Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned goods. If refund processing overlaps with a scheduled payment:
- The payment may be charged initially
- The refund/credit will be applied in your next billing cycle
