Do I need an account to make a purchase?

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. In the case of damaged or faulty items, we will find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Order cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within one hour of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team. Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after shipment.

Please note that delays may occur due to high order frequency, limited stock or during public holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

If the delivery address is unclear or the recipient is absent for a longer period of time and cannot be reached, the shipment will be returned to us.
