Refunds
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product for defects or shipping errors before use. If you need to return or exchange the item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.
Returns & Refunds
Approved refunds for valid returns will be processed within 24 hours of authorization.
Refund Processing Time
Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund amount to be credited to your account varies by payment method and financial institution:
Credit/Debit Cards: 1–15 business days
Expired Payment Cards
For security reasons, refunds are credited exclusively to the original payment card. If your original card has expired:
Contact your card issuer (bank/financial institution) – they will facilitate the payment transfer.
Variations in Refund Amounts
Discrepancies may occur due to the following reasons:
- Bank processing fees
- Exchange rate fluctuations between the payment and refund dates
- Installment payment fees (if applicable)
- Refunds are based on the actual amount paid (not the list price)

Important Notes
Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.
